How to order using this website

Step 1: Choose Your Products: Click on a category in the grey menu bar at the top of the page to view products in that category. On a product page click the 'Add to Basket' link next to the option you would like to purchase. The basket page can be used to alter your basket contents or remove products if you have added them by mistake.

Step 2: Checkout: You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket link that appears near the top right of the page. You can go to the checkout from the basket page. The checkout page will guide you through the information needed to complete your order.

Step 3: Payment: After you are happy with your basket contents and delivery information on the checkout page, click 'Continue to Payment' to be taken to the secure payment pages and follow the instructions to enter your payment details.   Alternatively click the PayPal button to pay using PayPal.

Before You Purchase

We are currently only able to deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses. If you require delivery to an address outside the UK mainland please contact us and we will be pleased to give you a quote.

If you are purchasing compostable liners to include in a Local Authority waste collection scheme please check with your Local Authority to make sure the product can be included. If you are told that none of our products can be included in your Local Authority food waste collection scheme please contact us and we will work hard to introduce our product into your scheme.


Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Payments via this website are powered by WorldPay and accept the following cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, and JCB. Payments are secure and encrypted and we use CV2 and 3D card security. You will receive an email confirming your order.


There is no additional cost of delivery to UK mainland addresses. Please contact us if you are outside the UK mainland.

We use Royal Mail and DHL UK to deliver our products. The product page displays which delivery method is used. If you order different products in the same order that use different delivery methods they may be sent separatly and may arrive on different days. The expected delivery date for each product is shown in the confirmation email. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days after the expected delivery date shown on your invoice please telephone us on 0330 22 333 55 and we will be able to investigate the cause of any delayed delivery.
